Chicago firefighter was spreading prostitution

A Chicago firefighter has been charged with distributing prostitution from his North Side apartment.

Brendan Kennedy-Gasior, 37, was arrested on Friday after an anti-trafficking group received information from the Chicago Fire Department’s Internal Affairs department.

The Internal Affairs Service launched an investigation against Kennedy-Gasior in 2020 on the fact of erotic massage in his apartment located at 3217 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue, Unit 401.

The arrest report says the victim, a 23-year-old Denver woman, identified Kennedy-Gasior as the man who ordered her to charge men for erotic massages, sometimes including sexual services.

The victim was allegedly told to charge $150 for a half-hour session and $200 for an hour. The police report that Kennedy-Gasior received half of all proceeds or $50 per client.

According to the victim, she spent about 40-50 sessions. Once she was paid $400 for a sexual service, and Kennedy-Gasior received $200 from the proceeds.

The police report that these sessions took place in the suspect’s apartment, and Kennedy-Gasior was there during prostitution.

Investigators say Kennedy-Gasior paid to advertise massage on adult websites such as Adultlook and Adultsearch. Male clients called the criminal to arrange a meeting.

Kennedy-Gasior will appear in court on March 30.
